SYNERGIES' partner in this venture is Dooray Corporation, Korea's leading alloy wheel manufacturer. The Dooray Group has substantial experience in the manufacture of specialized aluminium alloy products for the automotive, engineering, defence and aerospace industries. The Group currently manufactures more than 4.0 million wheels from six plants in Korea and China to service a client list that includes Daewoo, Hyundai, Kia, Ssangyong (a Mercedes-Benz JV), Audi and Mitsubishi.
SYNERGIES asked FEA Online to conduct an FEA study of one of their new aluminium alloy wheel designs. The analysis included simulation of rim-rolling and fatigue bending tests.

Since 1926 Brugola have been manufacturing top quality sockets screws and special fasteners with highly sophisticated technological contents for heavy duty applications in the mechanical, engine and robotized assembly sectors.
FEA Online conducted a conrod bolt study for Brugola in order to determine the possibility of using a common fastener in 2 different types of engines, produced by the same manufacturer.
