Sales Engineer (Job Reference 01/07)
We require a dynamic, UK-based Sales Engineer to consolidate our position with existing clients, develop markets within contemporary industry sectors and open new markets in other industry sectors. This exciting role is ideally suited to someone with a passion for engineering and sales. A solid engineering background is a must with a good understanding of current analysis and modelling methods, gained across a wide variety of industries e.g. CAD/FEA software sales. For this key company role, you will be working closely with the Company Director and Principal Engineer to identify new markets and understand our current & future analysis capabilities. As such, we offer a competitive salary with OTE bonus scheme. You must be willing to travel extensively throughout the UK and possibly Europe as well. Ability in another foreign language(s) a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all existing and new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement company sales policy. Identify key opportunities.
- Set targets.
- Develop new markets in contemporary industries.
- Develop new markets in other industry sectors.
- Support for 'after sales' activities.

Project Engineer (Job Reference 02/07)
Primarily to support work for a leading aircraft manufacturer, among other projects, we are recruiting a Project Engineer. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven ability in aircraft stress analysis using Finite Element or Numerical Analysis techniques and should possess the necessary academic background. Preference will be given to those candidates with a strong solid-modelling background, preferably using FEMAP, IDEAS or similar. The candidate should also have good inter-personal skills with clear report writing ability and be able to respond to changing customer requirements. The successful candidate will report directly to the Principal Engineer. Preference will be given to those candidates with previous experience in NX NASTRAN and/or ABAQUS.
Key Technical Responsibilities:
- Develop CAD geometry from 2D drawings/import & 'heal' geometry from customer supplied CAD data, from a variety of formats ready for processing.
- Process FE models, analyse results.
- Scoping of new projects and production of statements of work.
- Report writing.
Salary: Negotiable.
